Our system provides the ability to unmerge information, such as dropping a co-borrower from the report without re-pulling the borrower’s credit incurring additional cost and inquiry on the borrower's credit report.

Our system provides valuable administrative features as well. Since this system is Internet-based, all your employees are instantly networked as the database of credit files sit on the Web vs. individual computers or office network. Therefore, your loan officers can pull reports from the field and processors can instantly see the credit information. Each invoice groups and subtotals reports by each individual user for easy end-of-month reconciliation. The system offers permission control features for each user to limit activity and avoid duplicate inquiries.
