It is very helpful when you provide us with a copy of the borrowers written authorization when requesting updates. Conference calls may be required. Providing the borrower’s phone number is helpful.
For any tradeline information that you want added to the credit report, providing us with the complete account number, as well as, credit grantor phone numbers, if available, will help us provide you with the fastest service possible.
Having your borrower provide complete account numbers, 16 digits on most charge card /debit and 15 digits for American Express is an excellent idea when requesting updates to tradeline balance or payments.
When requesting an update of Mortgage data, remember most mortgage information can be updated for you upon request. However, several mortgage lenders policy require additional payment for this information, you will be notified when this is the case.
When requesting an update of public record such as a judgment or lien, please provide the county of residence at the time the public record was incurred.
When requesting a landlord verification, please provide the landlords name, phone number, length of rental, amount of rent, etc. Most landlords will verify only the information provided by the tenant. This will help us give you a complete tradeline for your report.
