Property Valuation from First American Real Estate Solutions
Drawing on a national database with monthly updates, First American's valuations apply three unique calculations for superior accuracy. The underlying technology combines property characteristics plus appraisal logic and price-time indexing to produce real-time automated valuations. Property Valuation reports include a confidence score plus an indication of general neighborhood conformity.

AVM Cascade (ValueSure then HVE) from Hansen Quality
ValueSure is based on Hansen’s own industry-leading property database, using multiple, statistically proven analytical models to provide exceptionally accurate valuations for over 85% of properties nationwide, safely and securely. Home Value ExplorerSM uses combined data from Freddie Mac's national repository and public records. Property data is updated quarterly and includes historical data as far back as to 1975. Confidence scores are based on multiple approaches to estimating value.
