Instant Unmerge Credit Reports

You can merge and unmerge a borrower or co-borrower. You can also merge and unmerge one or more bureaus from a merged report, with a click of a button.

With a click of a button (at no additional charge) you can take a spouse off of a credit report and print an individual report. To use this feature, open the file of a joint report that you have already ordered, once you are in the working page, simply unclick the borrower that you do not want to show on the credit report. Then view and print the report. The report will remain a joint in the system, but you can unmerge and print as many times as needed. This feature allows you to view a joint report or an individual report or remove/add a bureau to see the effect on the credit report.
