Fannie Mae Refresh Credit Report (part of Birchwood's Bundle Solution*)

We are pleased to offer a significant change in our bureau's policy that will enable us to provide "FNMA Refreshed Credit Reports" as a "soft"inquiry to the consumer file so that there will be no effect on their FICO score. You will still be able to use our optional Comparison Report to quickly and easily identify changes between the qualifying report and the refreshing report.

Why Should I Order a Refreshed Credit Report?

• Compliance with Fannie Mae's new 2010 Loan Quality Initiative Guidelines.
• Lender needs to ‘refresh’ a credit report prior to closing.
• Ordering a Refreshed Credit Report and using the optional Comparison Report can reveal if the borrower incurred additional debt resulting in repayment obligations.
